Shipping policy

These Shipping Terms apply to orders placed through the LEONITE® online shop at www.leonite.ch.
1. DELIVERY TIME
1.1 Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of the order and payment.
1.2 The delivery time within Switzerland is generally 2–4 business days.
1.3 The delivery time to Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Spain is generally 5–8 business days.
1.4 The delivery time to the United Kingdom is generally 6–10 business days.
1.5 The delivery time to the United States is generally 7–14 business days.
1.6 Shipping is generally carried out via Swiss Post or other suitable shipping and logistics service providers.
1.7 Orders are not processed on weekends or official public holidays. Deliveries are made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective shipping provider in the delivery country.
1.8 During peak periods, in particular before public holidays, during seasonal sales promotions, product drops, pre-orders or periods of increased order volume, delays may occur.
1.9 Delays caused by customs clearance, official inspections, security checks, import processes, local public holidays, strikes, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control may extend the delivery time.
1.10 All delivery times are non-binding estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. The shipping options and delivery information displayed at checkout at the time of the order shall apply.
2. SHIPING COSTS
2.1 Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery country, shipping method, shopping cart, currency and any applicable promotions.
2.2 The following shipping costs currently apply for standard shipping:
· Switzerland: CHF 8.50
· Germany: EUR 17.00
· Austria: EUR 17.00
· France: EUR 19.00
· Italy: EUR 19.00
· Spain: as displayed at checkout
· United Kingdom: as displayed at checkout
· United States: as displayed at checkout
2.3 Any promotional shipping rates or free shipping offers will be displayed directly at checkout, where available.
2.4 The shipping costs displayed at checkout at the time of the order shall always apply.
3. CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
3.1 LEONITE® ships from Switzerland. For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, import charges, handling fees or other charges may apply.
3.2 This applies in particular to deliveries to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.
3.3 Such costs shall be borne by the customer unless they are expressly displayed at checkout and collected by us.
3.4 LEONITE® has no influence over the amount, calculation or collection of such costs. These are determined by the competent customs and tax authorities or by shipping and logistics service providers in the respective delivery country.
3.5 The customer is responsible for informing themselves before placing an order about any applicable import regulations, customs duties, taxes and other charges in the respective delivery country.
3.6 If customs duties, import taxes, import charges or handling fees are not paid by the customer and the shipment is refused or not collected, any resulting costs for return shipment, storage, processing or reshipment may be charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.
3.7 Delays caused by customs clearance, official inspections or import processes are beyond our control.
4. TRACKING AND DELIVERY
4.1 Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
4.2 Where available, this e-mail will include a tracking number for tracking your package.
4.3 Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided at checkout.
4.4 The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct address details. This includes, in particular, name, street, house number, postal code, city, country and, where applicable, apartment number, company name, state, province, region or any other information required for delivery.
4.5 If delivery is not possible, in particular due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the shipment, refusal of acceptance or lack of cooperation with customs clearance, the package will be handled in accordance with the policies of the respective shipping provider.
4.6 Any additional costs for return shipment, storage, reshipment or processing may be charged to the customer if the failed delivery is attributable to the customer.
5. PRE-ORDERS
5.1 Pre-order products are clearly marked as such in the product description. The stated delivery dates are non-binding estimates and may change, in particular due to manufacturer, import, production or delivery delays.
5.2 By purchasing a pre-order product, the contract is concluded on a binding basis. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
5.3 E-COMMERCE TAVIC will make reasonable efforts to deliver pre-order products as quickly as possible. Delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping providers, customs authorities or transport companies are beyond our control.
5.4 Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order products may, unless otherwise stated, be shipped together once all items are available.
5.5 If partial deliveries are offered, additional shipping costs may apply. Where relevant, these will be displayed in advance or at checkout.
6. DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
6.1 Digital gift cards are not shipped physically.
6.2 The gift card will be sent as a separate e-mail after the order confirmation.
6.3 No shipping costs apply to digital gift cards.
6.4 Digital gift cards are not subject to physical shipping, customs processes or parcel delivery times.
7. SHIPPING ZONES
7.1 We currently deliver to the following countries: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.
7.2 The activation of additional countries remains reserved and may be communicated on the website or at checkout.
7.3 If a country cannot be selected at checkout or no shipping option is displayed, delivery to that country is currently not available.
8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
8.1 Information on returns, exchanges, cancellation rights and statutory rights can be found in our Terms and Conditions and in the applicable return and cancellation policies.
8.2 Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
8.3 Your statutory rights in the event of defects, incorrect deliveries or damaged goods remain unaffected.
8.4 Before returning any goods, please contact us by e-mail at support@leonite.ch. Please only return goods after consultation with us and in accordance with our return instructions.
8.5 Please note that customs duties, import taxes, import charges or handling fees charged by authorities or shipping providers are generally not refunded by LEONITE®, unless otherwise required by law.
9. TRANSPORT DEMAGE AND MISSING ITEMS
9.1 Please inspect the shipment upon receipt. In the event of externally visible transport damage, please have the damage confirmed directly by the delivery person where possible.
9.2 Hidden damage, missing items or incorrect deliveries should be reported to us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours after delivery, by e-mail to support@leonite.ch, stating the order number and including photos and a brief description.
9.3 Timely notification helps us review and process the case. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.
